. Upon arrival to the VICTORIA HALL venue, Students will enter through the main entrance at the front of the building when given access. They will sign in at the sign in desk in the foyer.
. Students will need a performance outfit (to be discussed with coaches) and a Christmas jumper for the finale.
. Licensed Chaperones will be supervising all students at all times in all areas.
. When students are not performing, they will be watching the show either from the side of at the back of the balcony.
. We ask that students behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
. When using the rest rooms, students must, thoroughly wash their hands and sanitise.
. All microphone equipment and props will be sanitised down regularly.
. Once students are in the venue, they will not be permitted to leave until the end of the performance where parents will need to collect students after the performance and ensure they have been signed out.
. Please bring bottles of water and food for the day. Emails with full details will be sent out in December.
. All Chaperones and TVA staff will be aware of the risk assessment in place at the venue.
. The ticket link will be posted in the info email and on social media.
. There will be videos and pictures taken of the performances for purchase.
. Doors will open at 5.45pm . Audience members can enjoy the refreshments and stalls available in the cafeteria/foyer.
. All profits will be donated to Bluebell Wood Children's Charity and Sheffield Children's Hospital.
On behalf of the below named student, I confirm that I agree to the following terms and conditions drawn out by The Voice Academy.

MEDIA CONSENT AND RELEASE FORM
VOICES OF CHRISTMAS 2023
I grant The Voice Academy (“TVA”) absolute right and permission to use photographic portraits, pictures, digital images or videotapes of Me/My Child, or in which Me/My Child may be included in whole or part, or reproductions thereof in colour or otherwise for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in any TVA publication or on the TVA websites, social media platforms, without payment or any other consideration.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, wherein My/My Child’s likeness appears, or the use to which it may be applied.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless TVA from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I or Myself/My Child have or may have by reason of this authorisation or use of My/My Child’s photographic portraits, pictures, digital images or videotapes, including any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said images or videotapes, or in processing tending towards the completion of the finished product, including publication on the internet, in brochures, or any other advertisements or promotional materials.
It is my understanding that the third party company(s) contracted to complete the photographic portraits, pictures, digital images or videotapes, will hold this content for a maximum of 3 months for the purpose of editing. Upon completion, all data, photographic portraits, pictures, digital images or videotapes will be permanently destroyed by the third party company(s).
I represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and am fully competent to sign this Release on behalf of myself or of the below names child.
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LEGAL RIGHTS.
READ IT CAREFULLY AND BE CERTAIN YOU UNDERSTAND IT BEFORE CHECKING THE BOX BELOW
➢ I agree that I have read and understand the above procedures and guidance outlining measures in place on the day of the performance and have relayed these to the participating student.
➢I agree that I give my consent for the below named student to participate in the performance and understand that The Voice Academy are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of all staff and students.
➢I agree to notify The Voice Academy of any relevant medical information that may be needed for the performance day and any medication that needs to be taken.
